Most years, kids would just be getting out of school at this time. But this year due to COVID-19, most kids have been home for months already. But now that they're finished with online classes, it's officially summer. And even though many summer camps have been canceled and getting together with friends is a bit tricky because of social distancing, you can still keep alive the magic of summer. And what better way to really feel the spirit of the season than by getting outside and participating in some fun outdoor activities for kids. These outdoor games and activities are the answer to the constant summertime question of "Mom, I'm bored, what can I do?" Plus, they don't require you to drive to the nearest park, get a bunch of their friends together, or spend a ton of money. You can simply set up a scavenger hunt or an obstacle course in the backyard, and you're good to go. Happy summer!
